Laundry/Office Bonus room

There is a bonus room off the living space.  We have left an electric washer and dryer.  Also this is where the tankless water heater controls are. We have left several great storage shelves, coat hook shelf, magazine rack, broom/mop holder. Great for an office space as there are connections to internet and all of the TV wiring (stream hulu, pandora, etc. from your computer to TV). Tile flooring and same decorative fan/light as dining room.
